460 Fit / CrossFit

Our small group classes typically include a warmup, strength component, and a metabolic conditioning (Metcon) session. We focus on correct functional movement mechanics that can be applied in our everyday lives. Every workout can be adjusted to meet the individual needs of the first-time athlete to the seasoned competitor.

Get ready to sweat! 460 Sweat is our high-energy interval training class designed for maximum calorie burn and conditioning. Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, bikes, and more, you'll tackle fun, fast-paced workouts that build endurance and strength without complex barbell lifts. Perfect for all fitness levels – whether you're just starting out or looking to add intense conditioning to your routine. Come experience the energy of 460 Sweat!

460 Legends

This class is a welcoming and supportive fitness class designed specifically for adults aged 55 and over. This class focuses on building and maintaining the essential physical foundations for an active and independent life. Through a carefully curated program, participants will improve their functional strength for everyday tasks like lifting groceries and getting in and out of chairs, enhance their balance and stability to prevent falls, increase their flexibility and mobility for greater ease of movement, and boost their cardiovascular health for sustained energy. 460 Gymnastics

This class is bodyweight movements focused on building functional strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, and body control. It's about mastering your body in space through scalable progressions, emphasizing core strength and technique for overall fitness and athletic development.

Open Gym

We realize that some athletes would like to spend extra time working on their weaknesses, building strength, or focusing on a skill that they normally don’t have time to address during our scheduled group fitness time.

Youth Athletic Performance Strength & Conditioning

Lofton Training aims to provide a safe, structured, and motivating environment for young athletes to build a strong foundation for success in their chosen sports and beyond. This program provides a dynamic and results-driven class designed to enhance the athletic capabilities of youth aged 11 and up. This program goes beyond general fitness, focusing on developing the key physical attributes essential for athletic excellence: strength, power, speed, agility, and injury prevention.
